Present to Self

House Tornado + The Fat Skier by Throwing Muses. Throwing Muses were knocking at the door left open by Pixies, another band from the East Coast of U.S.A. True Blood

Watching the final ep of the first series.  I'm v. impressed by the whole thing.  I tried watching 'Lost', but that fell away.  TB had a pace from the beginning that sucked me in.  I've got Flash Forward on tape to watch and I've got the feeling I shall bum that off after three eps.  Never mind.  If I lose interest, it'll free up space on the HD.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

Just watched this film. Starred Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer. Absolutely excellent. I had got halfway through, but had been watching in installments and couldn't follow the plot. This is worth re-watching, it's a beautiful, knowing film noir. Well done Rob & Val.
